In response to the recent Introduction of Phakospora pachyrhizi, or soybean rust, into the United States, ODA is working with the USDA and the Ohio State University to facilitate the development of a federal, state, and university-coordinated framework for surveillance, reporting, prediction, and management of soybean rust for the 2005 growing season.

The purpose of this Web site is to support the goals of the coordinated framework and to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information for managing soybean rust this year.
