Accessing information from this site
This site is best viewed using Internet Explorer 5.0 (or
higher) with a display resolution of 800 x 600 or higher. Browser
upgrades are free from your browser manufacturer. To
upgrade your browser, access your browsers website (i.e.:
www.internetexplorer.com or
www.netscape.com).
All ODA forms are published in either HTML or Adobe PDF
format. To access or use a PDF
form, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your
computer. The Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free
from www.adobe.com.
HTML forms can be opened and viewed within your browser and do
not require additional tools.
If you have problems accessing any of the ODA forms, request a
hard copy be mailed to you. Please allow 4 to 5 business
days to receive your copy in the mail. Any other issues
with ODA forms should be reported to the webmaster. Be sure to include contact
information so that we may respond quickly.

Completing a form online while
at our site
Some ODA forms will be able to be completed online. These forms do not
require attachments and can be completed online and directly
e-mailed to the appropriate individual.
Some ODA forms will be able to be completed online, but not e-mailable.
These forms may require special attachments and/or payment and
must be printed and physically mailed at the United States Post
Office or dropped off at our ODA offices in Reynoldsburg.
If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your
computer, you will not be able to complete, print, or view some ODA
forms.

Using information from our
site
All pages at our site are public
record and are free of charge to the public. Please be sure
to read our privacy statements before using any of our published
information.
To save
information from our site, open the page within your browser,
click the File menu, then Save As. Be sure to specify a
location where you will be able to locate the file later.
Name the file and select okay.
To print
information from our site, open the page within your browser,
click the File menu, then Print. The page should print out
correctly, but if you have trouble printing the page, copy the
information you want and paste it into your word processing
program.

copyrighted. Reusing them is
illegal and strictly forbidden unless you have the written
consent of the Director of Agriculture or our Communications

E-Mailing us
Should you experience any
problems while visiting our site, we want to hear from you.
We are continually improving our site and your comments and
suggestions are important to us. Please e-mail the
webmaster with any comment, good or bad, so that we may
address the situation.
The Ohio Department of
Agriculture uses MS Outlook as its default e-mail program.
When you click any e-mail link within our site, your computer
will attempt to open MS Word or Outlook. Should you
experience difficulties sending an e-mail to ODA, try using your

In an effort to make your
browsing experience an enjoyable one, we have tried to maintain a
consistent navigation structure throughout the site. If you
cannot locate what you are searching for, please use our Search
options located on any page. If you still cannot locate
what you need, please e-mail the
webmaster for assistance and we will supply you with a link
that gives you the information you need.

Notify the webmaster of broken

Although our divisions try very
hard to maintain active links, on occasion a page may be moved or
deleted and a broken link emerges. Please report any broken
links to the division contact (located on each division home
page) or to the
webmaster so these links can be made active again.
