Pursuant to the requirements of R.C.902.82(B), the Applicant and the lending institution herein certify that Applicant is eligible to participate in the Family Farm Loan Program and to receive loan funds which are guaranteed by the Program under conditions contained in any loan guarantee contract executed between the lending institution and the Director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture for purposes of this loan.

Both Applicant and the undersigned representative of the lending institution herein swear or affirm that they have full knowledge of all the facts stated herein, that all such facts are true and complete to the best of their knowledge, and that Applicant is eligible for participation on the Ohio Family Farm Loan Program for the following reasons:

1.  Applicant is domiciled in the State of Ohio, and proof of domicile is attached to this Affidavit.

2.  Applicant is unable to obtain sufficient financing from commercial or agricultural lending sources.

3.  By participating in the State of Ohio Family Farm Loan Program, Applicant has the ability to repay the loan, primarily from the cash flow of the proposed farming operation, and there is adequate security for the loan, and (1) proof of Applicant's ability to repay the loan is contained in the financial statements and other documents completed by applicant and approved by the lending institution during the loan application process; and (2) proof of adequate security for the loan is contained in the financial statements and other documents completed by the applicant and approved by the lending institution during the loan application process.

4.  Applicant has sufficient education, training, or experience in the type of farming for which the Applicant requests the financial assistance, and proof of such education, training or experience is attached to this Affidavit.

5.  There are no zoning restrictions, environmental regulations, or other impairments to the use of the land for the purpose intended, and proof of the same is attached to this Affidavit.

6.  The location at which the Applicant proposes to use the financial assistance is in an area in which agriculture is the primary land use at the time the application is made, and proof of the same is attached hereto pursuant to the requirements of OAC 901-2-21, Location criteria.

7.  The location at which the Applicant proposes to sue the financial assistance may not be expected to be converted to a non-agricultural use during the period of time that the Applicant's obligation to repay the financial assistance under the loan herein remains outstanding, and proof of the same is attached hereto pursuant to the requirements of OAC 901-2-21, Location criteria.
