During
Governor Bob Taft’s trade mission, May 13-21, 2003, Mark Garner, Lee Anne
Dauwalder-Martin and Lisa Troyer of Bunker Hill Cheese Co., Inc., will visit
Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey to develop business relationships with
distributors and representatives of retail, institutional, food service and
hospitality markets to sell their product line in Mexico.

The family-owned and -operated manufacturing facilities and corporate offices of
Bunker Hill Cheese Co., Inc. are located in Millersburg, one of Ohio’s largest
dairy farming regions, where cheese-making is tradition. Bunker Hill Cheese Co.,
Inc. manufactures 35 varieties of high-quality, value-added, specialty cheeses.
The company’s products are all natural and free of artificial growth-hormones.
Current
Markets.
Bunker Hill Cheese currently sells to retail channels including supermarkets,
natural food stores, gourmet/specialty markets throughout the United States, and
directly to consumers via the Internet. A percent of business is also
facilitated via institutional channels for value-added restaurant venues. The
company currently markets products in the United States and Canada and expects
to enter the Mexico market in 2003.
Bunker

net weight prepackaged cheese in deli cuts, chunks, and slices.
