Milk Sanitation Board and Subcommittees

The Milk Sanitation Board according to Section 917.031 of the Dairy Law may:

A)    Advise and consult with the Director of Agriculture.
B)    Make recommendations to the Director regarding proposed rules.
C)    Approve or disapprove agreements between the Director and any public or private entity.
D)    Shall prescribe inspection fees.
E)    Shall create three standing subcommittees and may create other subcommittees when the need arises.
