• Connection speed should be DSL or Cable for optimal performance, but dial-up will also work but expect slow upload and retrieval of data.

• User Tips:

  As with every online application, errors will and do occur.  However, users can limit errors by following the user tips listed below: 

   

  • Users should make every attempt to complete an entire application in order from Step 1 to Step 17.  However, if you must stop in the middle of the application, you may come back and pick up where you finished.  See the AEPP FAQs on how to "Complete An Unfinished Application."

  • User should NEVER refresh a page of the application.  Refreshing a page will result in an error.

  • User should complete each necessary field.  Skipping a field, will result in an error.

  • User should make every attempt to press the "Submit to Database" only once.  Doing so will result in an error.

  • Web Server maintenance occurs nightly between midnight and 2:00 a.m.  Entering and retrieving data during this time should be avoided at all costs.
