ODA Ombudsman Program

Pursuant to Executive Order 2008-04S, the Department of Agriculture (ODA) has established a Regulatory Ombudsman Program. The ODA Ombudsman Program employs an ombudsman in each of the Regulatory Divisions who will coordinate with the Department Ombudsman to help resolve concerns raised by regulated entities about the implementation of ODA rules.
